REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Ann Bonney 4/04/2023 3:08 PMKeeping a gratitude journal helps me focus on and appreciate all that I have. It's a great antidote to the little frustrations of the day. I love how the eco-challenge gives me an annual reminder of the value of making time for these practices. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Spend Time OutsideRachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?
Ann Bonney 4/03/2023 11:50 AMIt absolutely does. What a difference when I spend even 10 minutes outside breathing the air, listening, and observing nature. -
Ann Bonney 4/03/2023 10:29 AMHello team! So glad we do this together every year.
