REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth More Fruits and VeggiesHow does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?
Justyn McCormick 4/04/2023 4:07 PMI think eating these items help your body, especially if you have a balanced diet of both of them. Its not good to eat too much or too little of one item. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Justyn McCormick 4/04/2023 4:07 PMPracticing gratitude helps to keep you living in the moment. Life is too short to not be happy. Lots of people are working to preserve the world for future generations. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Justyn McCormick 4/04/2023 4:05 PMNo, it doesn't surprise me. Sometimes when at the store I buy more than I need to save additional money per item, and then I don't end up using it by the expiration date. I would rather use this money to do fun things or buy items I want. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Brush My Teeth Without Running WaterWhat is the main water source in your region? If you don't know, how could you find out?
Justyn McCormick 4/03/2023 7:30 AMMost of the water in my region comes from the mountains and melted snow. I didn't know at first, but doing some research online it says the Great Basin and the Upper Colorado are the two major watersheds in Utah.
