A nice outdoors walk can be good for the soul.

The only barrier I see is to make sure I have my reusable bottle with me.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

It's pretty easy really. I just take my cup with me and pour the coffee into that instead of a disposable cup.

Currently, it's not reducing stress. Mentally, I'm still wondering what's in the email inbox. Hopefully, with time, this alleviates.

There's enough ugly in the world. A simple note of thank you to somebody for their effort can make someone feel better about themselves.
