Where I'm from in Maine, the main source is ground water. At my house, I get water from a well as opposed to city water.

Obviously, water keeps you hydrated! Water is also beneficial for cooking and cleaning, which is something that I do regularly. I also just enjoy the taste of water, so that in and of itself is a benefit.
