Food Try a New Way to Prep
Canning and pickling food is a great way to have delicious summer fruits and vegetables all year round. Just make sure to follow the canning and pickling guidelines from the USDA or another trusted source. What are some foods that you would like to preserve and enjoy later in the year?

Baking bread is my new favorite. I even went the extra mile and got flour that better reflects my values and high quality bread making. Hoping to get a sour dough starter and an Amish friendship bread starter too.

Being out in nature is breathing, connecting, relaxing into my being. Encountering wild life as they are is breath taking. Every chance to interact or be surrounded by nature is altering in one way or another.
