April 12 at 5:31 PMI think I have a sugar addition, that has led about due to always having a sweet treat in the cafeteria after every meal. This has subsided since I have stopped eating in the cafeteria, and I don't typically keep sweets in my room. When I crave anything sweet, instead of eating chocolate, I have been enjoying an apple with peanut butter.

April 12 at 7:09 AMThis past week I went to Big Lake Organics and saw how the composting process works! I learned that there are multiple steps to breaking down compost and that compost gets really hot (140 F) when its breaking down!
